Working in Partnership
Partnership working is crucial providing the best possible programme for our clients. At the level of service delivery, the Crypt has forged a number of important partnerships. We are accredited by Matrix as an approved provider of Information, Advice and Guidance; the Overnight Centre provision for rough sleepers is delivered through funding from the Leeds Drug Action Team; we work closely with Park Lane College in Leeds on skills training and ESOL classes for asylum seekers and refugees; and work closely with an array of agencies in the statutory and voluntary sector in providing best advice for our clients – notably the Supporting People team at Leeds City Council, St Annes Centre, Leeds, the Leeds Simon Community and the North East Leeds Primary Care Trust.
The Crypt also works increasingly with the corporate sector to raise our profile and to generate new funding. The development of increasing partnership has been possible since the major refurbishment of the Crypt, and many companies are providing support and professional advice in very creative ways in such areas as public relations, design of appeal material, inclusion of logo on company notepaper, architectural, planning and project management services.
